Regarding communication with the account manager: I have received calls at odd or impractical times, and whenever I attempted to return those calls, the number was never reachable. I also sent multiple emails clearly requesting a call back at my provided phone number, but those requests were never acted upon.
I am fully open to resolving this matter directly and transparently. However, effective resolution requires reliable, two-way communication, which has unfortunately been lacking so far. I have complete records of emails, call attempts, and timelines, and I am prepared to share them through the appropriate internal review process.
I remain hopeful that this issue will now be addressed promptly and professionally.
