Customer service is fantastic and really helpful. Software seems very good, trying it out for the first time and so far everything seems intuitive and very straight forward. Very good impression overall!Edit: this product does not work with Proton Mail. Went back and forth with support (who wan't remote access onto my laptop which is not okay at all). Though the website says it supports Proton Mail, I got an email the next day from MacSonik support telling me that I can only use Proton tools. Misleading and bad customer service unfortunately so I had to change my rating.
