I would give them negative stars if possible! I have been a customer at Macys for a very long time and a platinum member. I don’t understand why I always seem to get bad customer service. This is not my first time dealing with this horrible customer service. I ordered shoes from Macy.com and the sent me the wrong pair that they don’t even sell on their website. I called customer service and they told me it was from a 3rd party vendor so they couldn’t do anything for me. Excuse me? I bought from Macys.com nothing on my order confirmation said it was coming from someone else. I already bought the shoes and have been charged. I’m a platinum member and the fact that I didn’t do anything wrong and I’m the one being inconvenienced to take back the shoes to a UPS store. The First Lady I talked to Diane never offered me to have UPS even pick it up. After talking to Luis and I asked him what would happen if I don’t have a car to drive it to UPS. Then he magically offered to have UPS pick it up at my house. Macys will not reorder the right shoes for me until they get the shoes back? Seriously! They sent me the wrong shoes but I’m the one getting punished to wait longer and they wont give me a refund. I even told him that I would keep the wrong shoes that they don’t even sell at Macys.com but kohls is selling them for $68. I paid $85 I told him I would keep them if they adjusted the price. That was not an option either. This is absolutely bad customer service! LUIS the one who told me that there is no one higher than him that I could talk to. That he has no boss! He basically was telling me he was the CEO?! I told him he is a liar. I bought shoes through Macys.com and they are telling me that they have to wait for the 3rd party to respond about all the inconveniences! That should not be my problem. Macys should deal with that. Macys should make it right since I bought it through Macys.com. Now I have to wait even longer to get the shoes I ordered for my daughter. Does that seem logical? Why am I the one getting punished? I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG! Luis did give me his employee number 91207005. I did not get Diane’s. I will be calling the corporate office as well. Also I don’t think it was professional that Luis’s dog was barking and his kids were screaming while I was talking to him.I really want to keep being a Macys customer but I don’t think it’s worth all the hassles I’m experiencing. Half the time I don’t even understand what they are saying. I’m calling the Cincinnati headquarters tomorrow and the NY office. I can’t believe I have to waste my time to do this!
