I recently visited Macys at the Walden Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga NY. There were some good sales but customer service and friendliness was very lacking. I needed to checkout and the store was not busy but I had to go around the store asking to be checked out and the workers were very rude and would not help me. After asking the 6th person to please check me out it was a success but the worker acted like it was an inconvenience to drag her away from the group of Macy’s workers gathered together talking. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible service.
