Avoid this company if you want to keep your money! The customer service was appalling and quite rude. I ordered pajamas for my daughter's birthday and requested a specific delivery date, but I still haven't received anything, including a refund. I emailed on the 11th and got no response. After sending a message on the 16th, I was told there was a 'technical error' but received no updates on my order. I was then offered a Christmas version of the pajamas instead of a refund, clearly indicating my order hadn't been dispatched! My messages went unanswered for a week until the owner replied, stating how hard it is to run a business alone. I was denied a refund again, despite their terms supposedly allowing it. I've reported them as I see many others have had similar experiences. AVOID! Update: I have NOT received a refund at all—this is a blatant lie! I’m shocked at how someone can be dishonest about this. The last message I received stated they typically cannot offer a refund beyond 24 hours, yet now they claim to have issued one after saying the same thing!
