I placed an order on the 16th September for a personalised paw patrol t-shirt for my son's birthday which basically never arrived. As the date was getting closer to my sons birthday, I messaged the seller to ask when it would be despatched. The communication was appalling but when I did get a response, I was reassured that it was going to be despatched the following week, which it didn't. If I knew I was going to have this issue, I could have ordered elsewhere but because of the reassurance that it would be ready in time, I didn't and still placed my trust in the seller. Afew days before my sons birthday, which was over 3 weeks after I had initially placed my order, I received a message to say 'there was a fault in the print design' and couldn't send my item. If this was going to be a problem, why not inform me before this time so I could have made alternative arrangements. It ruined my son's birthday who asked me if he could have a paw patrol t shirt for his birthday and I didn't have one to give to him. Not only that, I was on holiday at the time while I was trying to chase up the progress of my order every day so it could be delivered in time so it ruined my holiday as I was dealing with this issue at the same time. I requested a refund and it is now the 16th October, a month later from placing my order and I still haven't received it. I contacted the seller twice to ask when my refund will be processed and my messages have been ignored. I have always ordered from small businesses in the past and other companies and I have never experienced anything like this before. I have never given anybody a negative review before but I felt it was important to share my experience. I will not be ordering from Made Personally again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
