Ordered a personalised Toy Story bottle for my son when he returns to school. His name contains 7 letters. The picture they use as advertisement is the name cooper - 6 letters. Our bottle arrived with the first 5 letters looking great, and the last two looking unfinished. The advertising picture doesn’t show this. When I messaged to ask about this I was told that they don’t like to repeat a character and they only have certain letters in certain designs? I think it would have looked much better to reuse a character rather than having 5 letters with characters and then the last two plain. And if this isn’t possible, pop the two plain letters spaced out into the name? Looks like they just couldn’t be bothered. Customer service poor, item arrived much later than stated when ordered, and no messages sent to inform of a delay, I had to get in contact. Then when messaging feedback I had messages ignored, and then was spoken to like it was my fault? Told I’d have to pay to return it even though I was sent something that looked unprofessional, I never refused returning the item- I just said it’s unfair that I’d need to pay. My last message was ignored, and then when I messaged to chase it (as a mother of 2 under 3, who is very busy) was told I’ve left it too late now and it’s my fault? No after care at all, just money grabbing. Do not recommend using this company. Will just donate the item to charity as it’s unsuitable for its purpose.
