I messaged to say that I had been let down at the last minute by another company and that would my son's pyjamas be ready in time if I ordered them that day. I received a message back more or less instantly saying yes they would and if I messaged over my order number once the order was placed they would put a note on to make sure they was ready. They arrived 4 days before my son's birthday and I couldn't have been more happier. I am definitely ordering from here again for my daughters birthday.
