Only giving this 4 stars at the moment as I haven’t seen the product yet (I will write another one when it arrives in a couple days) BUT Exceptional customer service. I messaged the company about an update on my order as I was worried the pyjamas wouldn’t arrive on time for my little boys birthday, but they were more than helpful and very polite, even offered to upgrade delivery service for free. Really did go above and beyond to help me out and I’m ever so grateful for them. Thankyou again☺️ Ps. It cost nothing to be kind, if you would like an update on your order or if there is a problem please be polite and patient with them. They’re trying their best, they’re managing a business as well as their own personal lives… it can get hard sometimes.
