I had high hopes with this company as the website looks great. I ordered 3 personalised hoodies which should have been dispatched nearly two weeks ago, they never got delivered. iv been emailing them for over a week and had no reply, so it’s clear they are just ignoring me. Very annoyed with this company! I can’t issue a refund as it states a refund can only be made after 24 hours of ordering.
