Absolutely awful customer service. I orderd Pjs on 7th November and estimated delivery was 13th-18th. I emailed days passed this time to be told sorry haven't processed it, it will be a little bit over. Well couldn't you of emailed to tell me?! Just left me to contact yous. I bought them 7th to be here before 26th. Did email and WhatsApp them demanding a refund. They posted them out the next day probably sh1ting themselves. Still not happy with how it was handled. Don't trust random sites on google & pjs aren't the best. No email to say they was behind, just left me hanging until I messaged. *TAKEN 16 DAYS FROM WHEN I PAYED TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM*
