I placed an order on 15th Jan, with an estimated dispatch given of 20-22nd Jan. I emailed on 2nd Feb to enquire as to my orders whereabouts, and Whatsapped on 9th Feb asking the same. No response received, so disappointed!! I have no idea where my order is but feel like my money has been pocketed and it may never arrive.
