Madewell online returns are an ordeal. I returned two orders with multiple items. They did process the returns the day after they were received at the warehouse, but they only processed one item in each order. Which is shady and half-*ssed. I contacted customer service about these two items. Kai R. manually processed the other item from the first order, and I already got the refund notice. Which is great. But Reneisha W. told me to wait for another three weeks and it didn't even cross their mind to manually process the other two items. The return that Reneisha W. refused to process had three items, and only the cheapest item has been processed so far. This is truly a bad look for Madewell and I've lost a lot of trust in them, both for quality clothes and customer service.
