Don’t not waste your time or money! This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Everything on their site is false. Shipping isn’t accurate, you will wait longer than they tell you. Ordered on 11/14 and received it 12/10. The only part that was accurate was that it ships within 24 hours of purchase. This was a custom diamond painting with a picture of my grandmother and me. The layout was wrong! The spaces for the drills are too small and to go by the accurate count, they were shifting, overlapping, and popping. I contacted the company on 12/22 waited for a response and all I got was can you send pictures. I complied twice by sending pictures of the problem I was dealing with. Haven’t received anything since. I have now ordered else where since I was unable to complete her present and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
