I ordered two custom pictures received both first one had a flaw was not sure if the design would work or not there was an extra line or a skip in the lineage contacted the company informed them told them I would try to make it as this was two weeks before Christmas and it was to be a Christmas gift I did make it I didn't form them that it came out perfectly fine and I would just appreciate maybe a discount on a future instead I received a second print two weeks after Christmas which unfortunately is of no use to me cuz it was a very personalized print that is my only complaint
