I put in an order for 30 hats, sent my png design it was a simple text no animation or anything like that. The design EVERY time came back different to what I had sent. I decided not to go through with the design as I had a deadline to meet and after multiple reviews of the design (they couldn’t get it right) I said thanks but no thanks.Now as I am attempting to get a refund for services that were CLEARLY not met (I have the emails with the wonky designs) they are refusing to give me my money back. I have absolutely nothing to show for this “purchase” except a disdain for a company I initially went with because they are an Aussie company and I wanted to support locals. HORRIBLE SERVICE
