My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, largely due to Ric's unprofessional and arrogant behavior.Ric was very well aware that I was unsure about the sizing, so I decided to order multiple types of caps. The day I received the three caps, I immediately knew they weren't right for me without even trying them on. I reached out to inquire about the return process, and Ric's response was shockingly blunt: "simple answer no." That was it—no explanation, no assistance.When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, Ric's response was incredibly dismissive: "this has nothing to do with service, make sure you add that to the negative review."It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their business. If I were the business owner, I would be appalled and ashamed of how the sales team is treating customers. This level of arrogance and disregard is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.
