Ordered a valve body that did not work when installed in the vehicle. The rubber grommets were chipped, the solenoid pack seal was crushed and broken which caused the shift position pins to not make contact with the shift plate and the vehicle would not start. Contacted them and sent them pictures if the damage and they told me they could give me a 10% refund and I could just leave it in the vehicle. Why would anyone leave a bad part that caused the vehicle to not run installed. I had to buy another valve body and now fighting to get my money back. I will also be reporting them to the BBB
