This was my first order from Madisonseating. I ordered a "New - Open Box" Steelcase Leap V2 office chair. When it arrived I noticed it was in new condition... except one arm connecting to the spine was completely broken, making the lumbar adjustment not usable.When I contacted Madisonseating about this issue they quickly resolved it by sending me a new chair. Now that's customer service! Compared to other businesses I can't think of any other time this has happened to a product, or close to the value of said product. Madisonseating does care about their customers, and this proves that they do.
