I have ordered this tattoo balm before for my son and it does what it claims to do. It protects a tattoo it brightens it up. I have since gotten my own tattoo so decided to order it again for my tattoos. When ordering I made a mistake on my email and never got my confirmation. Customer service was excellent in finding my order and letting me know what was going on with it. They were kind they were efficient.
