I'm happy to support Mad Rabbit - but a word of caution to would be customers: Make your order directly with the company and not through Amazon or a third party vendor. The quality is significantly better when purchasing direct. I purchased a tattoo balm through Amazon to skirt shipping fees, however - the texture and consistency was very grainy and not a pleasant product to use. After contacting Mad Rabbit customer service, they were happy to help despite the fact that I didn't purchase from them directly. I was able to return the Amazon product and ordered a replacement which arrived very quickly. Excellent, buttery smooth texture, love it and the scent is fantastic! The lot number on the bottom of the tin were the same that I received from Amazon so I'm assuming that Amazon is improperly handling the product. So bottom line - customer service is excellent and the balm is an awesome product when ordered directly from the source. I'd love to see some shipping discounts for smaller orders as an incentive to order direct.
