I ordered the trial size tattoo balm stick. Was excited to use! Product container was not turning to bring up the balm. Customer service wants a pick or video. I feel that with such an inexpensive item, this should not be something they ask of a customer. Yes, I could, but why, it doesn't work! In my opinion this is poor customer service! Not about the money, it's about customer service and backing their products! Will not buy from them again.
