Service and packaging was excellent. However these pastes are incredibly hot, I tried the yellow curry paste, the mildest of the three curry pastes in the Starter Pack. The recipe was for eight so I halved the paste and cooked for four, we had to add banana, sultanas and lashing of yoghurt to cool the dish down. I then halved the remaining paste again and cooked enough for four again with a quarter of the paste. Even that was way too hot. We eat a lot of spiced foods including Thai and Indian but were not prepared for the spicy heat. Tread very carefully!
