Why isn't my Christmas jumper wearable? It's terrible! It arrived in grey when I ordered beige. I requested a small size, but it could fit a small elephant! When I asked for a return, they told me the warehouse is overseas and it would cost me £25-£30. There are no labels indicating materials or washing instructions, and it looks cheap and unattractive.
