I wish that I could give a negative review. This company seems like a scam. After I placed my order of a hat their entire website went down and was inaccessible for several days. I reached out to customer service and I received a generic almost AI generated response about their production interruptions. I have reached out several times since my original email but I haven't received any response. It has been a month and I still don't have the hat that I ordered. The website is back up but my order is not showing when I log in to view the status. They processed payment immediately but they don't follow through on the fulfillment process.
