Frustrating Christmas Shopping Experience

I wanted to buy a few gifts for my husband for Christmas this year. I placed an order on 12/01/2025, thinking I had allowed enough time for processing, especially since my purchase qualified for free gifts! When I tried to pay, the estimated delivery time was two weeks out. Unlike some others, I did receive a confirmation email. Almost two weeks later, on 12/12/2025, I hadn't received any updates, so I contacted them. They informed me that it was a busy time and they were doing their best to fulfill orders. Nearly two weeks later, when my package was supposed to arrive, it seemed they hadn't even started packaging my items. On 12/13/2025, I got an email stating that while I received my free items, my ordered products were still in production, and they couldn't provide a delivery date. I had ordered a hoodie that says “Daddy’s Home” and another with a humorous message, along with two stickers, and they were still being made after two weeks? I didn't realize they were hand-stitched. I reached out again on 12/13/2025, expressing my appreciation for the free gifts but emphasizing that I needed my husband's gifts before Christmas! They replied on 12/15/2025, saying my items were high-demand products. I had to tell my husband that his Christmas gifts might not arrive on time. On 12/17/2025, I received an email stating my package was on its way and would arrive by 12/22/2025. I felt relieved knowing I'd be able to gift the items to my husband! However, on 12/21/2025, I got an email saying my items had been delivered! When I got home, I found a bag that didn’t seem big enough for two hoodies, but I held onto hope. After three weeks, I received a hoodie with a different slogan than I ordered and a t-shirt with the same message. Yay … Christmas … in January, I suppose.
