If I could give a 0, I would. My original order was placed December 17th, although I knew it would not get it by Christmas, I did not figure that I would be all the way in March and still waiting for any sort of details. I have emailed SEVERAL times with only one response weeks after the original email stating that they would give me a discount on the next order and apologized for the wait. This was in late January. Several emails since, one asking for a full refund with nothing back. The return policy says I can only get store credit which is absolutely no use to me if I cant get my original order to begin with. Awful. Worst experience I've ever had and especially for someone that is A "creditable" company. I will continue to request a refund but will be taking this to the credit card company if I cannot get them to respond. Waste of time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
