Magai Support is not ready for Prime time and because its using AI (over 50) I'm not sure this company will ever be. So I signed up to test their system on managing my Chats with all my pro AI services which includes Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, the reason I wanted to try them was they had an import feature that allowed you to import chats from ChatGPT and Claude which is where most of my important chats and projects reside. The first day I tried to use the service I could not find the feature so I went back to the page that I saw this being advertised on which is their features page on Magai (it's down the page just a little ways) and it explains that you can import your chats in Json format for ChatGPT and Claude with instruction on how to use it. At that point I started importing over 70 chats with Claude but there was a problem because there's a 200,000 word maximum chat import and some of my files were being truncated and coming out blank so I decided to use an app that cuts off each conversation at the max in Json to limit each chat to under 200,000 words. Then other issues started popping up which I believe was the formatting so I ask AI support on Magai for the proper format to use. The Ai Support said the following:The import option in chats isn't for importing conversation history - it's specifically for bulk prompt management using CSV files. You can upload a CSV containing multiple saved prompts and import your entire collection at once.For actual chat content, you can upload files directly into conversations using the attachment button (paperclip icon). So I asked to speak to a live support person: Here is what she said 2 hours later: Hello there,Thank you for reaching out with your question about importing chat history.I understand you're interested in importing Claude chat history using a conversations.json file. Currently, Magai's platform supports importing and managing prompts through CSV files, which allows you to bulk upload multiple saved prompts for efficient management.Unfortunately, importing conversation history directly from Claude or other AI platforms via a JSON file is not supported at this time. So I posted the issue on the private facebook page but each time it was denied because I had agreed to no use the facebook group for CS questions (which everyone does). I'm not sure if they were hiding the issue. So The service looked ok but their support, well it wasn't there.
