We purchased one of their plugins. They helped us setting it up. We needed a customization for it which they offered to code, which was nice. During the process they suddenly disappeared but it turns out they were having some issues receiving my emails. Once back in touch, they assisted me in setting up the customization and now everything works amazingly! We look forward to working again with them.
