MagePeople asked us to pay upfront for customization (aside from the plugin payment) with no clear plan or timeline, which was a red flag from the start. Then, they totally missed the two-week deadline to even begin working on it. We had to reach out multiple times just to get them started! Communication was a mess. They won't show up on scheduled meetings and when they do, they would just drop the call with no explanation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Emails took forever to get a reply, leaving us hanging with no updates. The whole thing dragged on for OVER A MONTH, way longer than promised, and guess what? They never even fixed the issue! We finally had to cut our losses and move on. Forget the refund. This is THE WORST team we've ever worked with. We tried escalating to their customer service a few times to see if we could fix things and replace the person handling our project, but kept getting the same unhelpful person. Super frustrating experience. If you're looking for customization support, avoid these guys!
