I bought a draught excluder about a year ago, and it worked well initially. However, the flap eventually detached from its housing due to wear on the plastic. I reached out to the support team about a possible design issue but didn’t receive a reply. The idea is solid, but if you want a product to last over a year, it's best to look elsewhere.
