I previously tried a plastic keyhole cover that was terrible and fell off quickly. I had been searching for a better solution when I found this product. It arrived a couple of days after I ordered directly (not from a third-party site), was fitted in 30 seconds, and looks great. It seems very sturdy and completely seals the keyhole, which used to let in strong winds. The only downside is that the brass doesn't perfectly match my antique door handle, but I anticipated that risk, so it's not a big deal. I hope it stays secure, as the price point is higher.
