I called magical vacation several times to try and book a vacation rentals. However each time I called I would speak to a representative who would either rush me off the phone or provide little to no feedback on questions that I would ask. Not to mention i spoke with a representative on black Friday and was not advised of the black Friday discoint. However I kept calling back because they appeared to manage some of the best looking properties in the area.All my uncertainty went out the door after speaking to representative Jasmine. She was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed to the side. Before speaking with Jasmine I would have rated my customer service experience a 3 at best. However, Jasmine provided phenomenal customer service which was deserving of 5 stars!
