I placed an order back in November for a Christmas gift for my daughter. It took weeks to arrive, and the courier didn't even ring the doorbell, just left it outside to get soaked! Upon opening, the quality of the item was very poor and looked cheap. Getting a refund was a hassle, and I had to pay a handling fee of £10.99. They didn't even want me to return it. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. Very disappointing experience.
