We're still waiting to go on our holiday after being delayed throughout the pandemic. Magic breaks have been great at helping us with every change that we have needed to make. Their customer service is quite difficult to contact with the live chat never online and the phoneline being busy. Emails also take longer than expected to be answered but I have always had an answer to any issues I have had. Hopefully our holiday will go off without a further hitch!
