We would like to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience we’ve had with MagicBrick, represented by two individuals, Jatin and Tejas, who approached us with a package promising valuable lead generation for our three renowned projects.Despite making the payment in good faith, the package turned out to be completely ineffective and misleading. We have not received any impactful or relevant leads as promised, rendering the entire offering non-beneficial to our business objectives.We, therefore, demand an immediate and full refund, as the package has failed to deliver any value to us.Additionally, based on our experience, we strongly advise all builders and developers in Baroda not to engage with MagicBrick or with anyone claiming to represent them. It is crucial that such misleading and ineffective partnerships be avoided to protect the interests of our real estate community.We hope for a swift resolution and expect prompt action on the refund.Viral Sheth
