I regret to say that this has been one of the worst subscription experiences I’ve ever had. The service promised access to verified contact details of property owners (referred to as “prime owners”), and clearly stated that such details are only accessible after subscribing.However, once the subscription was activated, the contact details provided turned out to be fake or non-functional, making the entire service pointless. Even more disappointing is the complete lack of support—the sales agent who repeatedly contacted me before the subscription conveniently disappeared afterward and now doesn’t even respond to calls or messages.This feels like a blatant case of mis-selling, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and the company improves its customer support and subscription transparency.
