If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought their premium plan and was told it would be activated in 2 hours. It still hasn't been activated despite following their instructions and there is absolutely no consumer support at all. When you call their number, you only get to speak to the sales staff no matter what option you choose. Their support email address is no longer valid and there is absolutely no other way you'll find help. Their chatbot system is the worse. Slow to no replies and no one cares.
