This is a deceptive company. I bought a premium plan for my rental property, but there is no visible contact number unless we pay extra. No tenants have reached out to me, and tenants are also frustrated about having to pay for access to the owner's contact information. What’s the point of paying for this premium plan if it doesn’t provide any benefits? I feel like I've wasted my money.
