I am writing this complaint to formally escalate my serious dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company.
Ego issues between online sales team members are causing me lose my expected results and business is getting affected.
I have taken 2 Titanium listing for two properties. On my dashboard, what I see is totally surprising and complete nonsense.
I have taken package from an executive. Another guy contacted me for the same business. Now I am not sure who's blocking the package from getting expected results.
When I try to manage my subscriptions, I can see a standard listing with order ID 66905137 valid till March 2nd.

When I go to Manage properties on my dashboard, its even surprising

I HAVE TAKEN ONLY 2 TITANIUM LISTINGS. Sales persons and activation team is jeopardising my business. Names of persons involved can be shared as and when required.
Find out it from your side and take strict action against them for playing with customers and not giving any services.
Check the status of packages. It's still showing pending and asking for payment to see leads.
Despite repeated assurances from your sales team regarding quality leads, the actual service delivered has been extremely disappointing and far below professional standards.
Key Issues Faced:
Lack of Support After Payment Once payment was completed, follow-up support and responsiveness dropped drastically. Sales team is non responsive
No Measurable Return on Investment
Despite significant payment, there has been negligible business output.
Unprofessional Handling of Complaints
Attempts to resolve the issue through customer support were either ignored or handled casually without accountability.
