Disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order for wallpapers and blinds, but unfortunately received a completely different design and the quality was not up to the mark.
The blinds were supposed to be printed on a white background, but they arrived in grey. The living room wallpaper was meant to be a magic wallpaper with a base, but it did not even stick properly to the wall.
An executive who visited the site mentioned that the items would be replaced or reordered, but after that there has been no response and none of my queries have been addressed. They denied refund and i cannot endlessly wait on them to re-order design , making repeated calls to their support team for delivery and installation. useless service
Overall, this is a frustrating experience. I hope the team looks into this issue and resolves it promptly.
