I am writing to escalate a long‑pending issue regarding my wallpaper installation for Order #95236217, placed in mid‑February.
When your sales representative visited my home to review the wall and confirm the order, no information was provided about the need for primer and putty work prior to installation. Based on the guidance given at that time, I proceeded with the order.
However, when the installation technician arrived on 14th March (Saturday), I was informed for the very first time that the wall must be primed and treated with putty, failing which the wallpaper would not adhere properly and may develop air bubbles or peel off over time. This was unexpected and highly disappointing.
Following this, I received a call from your Sales Team Manager asking me to pay 35% of the charges for the primer and putty work—an additional cost that was never communicated upfront.
It has now been over a month since I placed the order and despite having paid ₹15,000, the installation has still not been completed. This situation has caused both financial loss and significant inconvenience. I trusted Magic Decor for a smooth and professional experience, but unfortunately, the commitment made to the customer has not been upheld.
I request your escalation team to urgently review this matter and provide a clear and immediate resolution. I expect the installation to be completed at the earliest without further delays or unexpected charges.
