This is a 3 1/2 star review and it’s improving. My main concern is the time taken to implement changes on my platform or across the board for all users. I worked directly with a representative during the onboarding process. At that time, the company lacked experience with commercial properties compared to residential ones. With my 25 years of experience in both areas, I provided several suggestions and explanations. The onboarding agent agreed, but it took several months for these changes to take effect. Recently, I noticed improvements, especially in how invoices are sent out. I provided feedback on the need for multiple steps for sending messages and spell-check suggestions, but I'm unsure if that was implemented. I appreciate that the company has taken suggestions for creating invoices, which has been useful for one-time bills. However, I still face challenges with recurring charges. I have been using spreadsheets for invoicing, which defeats the purpose of an online platform. I will follow up with my representative to address this.
