There is much room for improvement. I regret having to write this review, but this software is not yet ready for broader use. It may be suitable for simple self-managing landlords. The company frequently pushes updates without adequate testing, which disrupts other aspects of the software. For instance, a recent update broke the income reports in the owner portal, showing incorrect numbers, and affected management fee collections without a fix in sight. I appreciate the potential of the software, but it feels like it's at least one to two years away from being recommendable.
