I placed an order in February and started calling them in March looking for delivery. Like most, I did get an email saying the order is being processed, weeks went on and still not received. Called several more times, and the last time I asked for a refund. They gave me a confirmation number but never received a refund. Called again with no success. Contacted BBB and they contacted them with no response and it was kicked back to me. At this point, I make it a ritual to call them occasionally. How can they ever stay in business, let alone look at themselves in the mirror?
