Magick doesn't deliver or respond to customers

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt like I should warn other buyers - especially after seeing other folks' experiences with Magick. They hook you with a bunch of novel items that are hard to find, but they don't deliver or respond. I placed an order Jan 16, 2025, it is now March 13. At the time I placed the order, the website said there might be a wait of up to 2 weeks for processing as they had a higher volume of orders than normal. I inquired about the status of my order via email in mid/late February -- I try to be understanding with this type of thing. I received no response. At this point, I have opened a dispute via Afterpay, it has been over 15 days since the dispute was opened, and Magick has yet to respond or issue a refund. When I opened the Afterpay dispute, Magick's website had been down for multiple days. I checked their website again today, and it's back up, but there is now a notice that after upgrading their website customers need to create new accounts and that orders could not be synced over with accounts. At this point, I have already had to buy most of the items from other vendors as some were gifts. Waste of time and money, do not recommend.
