I hate to write this review, but I have no other choice. I've been a customer since 2020 and I don't do small orders. The customer service has deteriorated over the years and now it's literally non-existent. I placed a large order on February 6, 2025 and as of March 7, 2025, I have heard absolutely nothing about the status of my order. The money definitely left my bank account. In the time frame, I've sent 2 emails and left a voice mail message and no one has responded. Last week I signed into my account and it showed the orders as unfulfilled and my older fulfilled orders. They apparently changed website providers/format, because the website looks completely different. They're still adding new products to the website and offering a 35% sale on items. When I login to my account now, all orders have disappeared, fulfilled and unfulfilled. If you can update the website and add new products, you should be able to answer questions about orders. Waiting over a month to have an order fulfilled or an update is completely unacceptable.
