I ordered a tarot deck from them on June 18th, their site says shipping should begin within 3-5 business days but could be longer during their sale. Fast forward to July 10th and the order is still unfulfilled and hasn't even begun the shipping process, so I called to get a refund. The customer service lady was nice, I don't blame her, but she said I should have a refund reflected within a few days and my order cancelled.But no refund happened UNTIL I initiated a dispute and chargeback through my credit card on the 29th of July. Then suddenly on the 30th of July I finally got my refund. Disgusting behavior that they were just going to continue to rip me off until I initiated a chargeback and then they instantly refunded me. Who knows how many other people they've ripped off this way who paid, never received their product, and kept their money.
