I have ordered for years, then early last year, was my 1st blip. Took me 2 months of emailing back and forth to get my order, after waiting about 6 weeks for any movement. They were responsive, so I did patiently wait. But I put them on the backburner of my shopping sites, as I like to save $ but I don't want to wait 3 months or so to get my goods. I tried again, as they had some herbs I was looking for and as they redesigned the website. Well...no. I was able to order but that was March 10th. Nothing since the confirmation email. I have written 4 times, no reply at all. Furthermore, now I can't log in and the site isn't displaying properly on my phone or laptop browser. I give up. Really great prices and an awesome selection but no use if can't get order. I'll have to pay more elsewhere.
