Do not recommend ordering from them unless you want a giant headache. I ordered Nov 30 and understood it's a busy time of year. But two weeks went by with the order sitting as 'Processing' and no updates. Despite emailing and calling, only for the calls to immediate hang up after saying the call couldn't be transferred, I didn't hear back. I tried disputing the charge with my bank which would've worked but... They finally email me back Dec 17(!!!) with them saying they're waiting for a deck, would I like to wait or cancel it and get a refund? I already ordered the same products on Amazon and got it in 3 days. I said cancel, mind you responding to the email 1 HOUR later. They shipped it anyways Dec 26, almost a week later, and now my dispute is voided and I'm being charged. Response time is awful. Communication sucks. So disorganized and extremely frustrating. Going to try to get a refund but save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
